Overview

Olympic National Park features incredible eco-diversity. This full-day tour of Hoh Rain Forest and Rialto Beach showcases the natural wonders of the temperate rain forest and Olympic Wilderness Coast. After a scenic two-hour shuttle from Port Angeles, enjoy a naturalist guided hiking tour along the Hall of Mosses and Spruce Nature Trail at the Hoh Rain Forest. Hike one or both loops with our guide and learn about the micro-plants, ancient old growth forests, and ecology of the rain forest.

After a 20-minute stop in Forks, enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at Rialto Beach. Enjoy a beach walk along the forested coastline or sit down on a beach log and marvel at the crashing waves and towering seastacks.

  • Our meet-up location is in Port Angeles, WA, which is the main epicentre for exploring Olympic National Park. Please note that this is about a 3 hour one-way trip from Seattle.

Our Naturalist Hiking Guide will lead a guided hiking tour along the Hall of Mosses (0.75 mi) and Spruce Nature Trail (1.25 mi). Guests can also enjoy time of the Hoh Rain Forest Visitor Centre.
