Dinner Cookout Ride: A True Cowboy Adventure in the Bridger-Teton Wilderness with Grand Teton National Park views in Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Saddle up for an unforgettable Dinner Cookout Ride and experience the true spirit of the Old West. Ride historic trails through the scenic Bridger-Teton wilderness, take in breathtaking views of the Grand Teton mountain range, and end your adventure with a hearty fireside cookout under the vast Wyoming sky.

Ride Like a Cowboy Through the Heart of Jackson Hole
Your journey begins at one of the oldest dude ranches in America, where you'll be welcomed by experienced wranglers who will guide you through the basics of horseback riding. Whether you're an experienced rider or a complete beginner, you'll receive a quick briefing on how to handle your horse, including mounting, dismounting, and basic rein control.

Once you're comfortable, follow your wrangler on a 90 minute horseback ride through the rugged terrain of Buffalo Valley, just outside of Grand Teton National Park. These trails are exclusive to horseback riders, allowing you to experience a side of the wilderness that few ever get to see. Ride along ridges with sweeping panoramic views, traverse aspen tree groves, and climb up to 500 feet in elevation for truly incredible photo opportunities.

As you ride through the Bridger-Teton National Forest, keep an eye out for local wildlife, elk, mule deer, and even the occasional moose. Feel the rhythm of your horse beneath you as you take in the crisp mountain air, the scent of pine trees, and the peaceful sounds of nature—just as the cowboys of the Old West once did.

A True Western Cookout Under the Wyoming Sky
After your ride, return to the ranch for a traditional Western cookout in the heart of Buffalo Valley. Enjoy a classic cowboy meal featuring BBQ hot dogs, burgers, fresh salad, and country-baked beans, all served with stunning views of the surrounding Teton mountains. Gather around the fire, share stories with fellow riders, and soak in the tranquil beauty of the Wyoming wilderness.

Whether you're an adventure seeker, a history buff, or someone looking for an authentic Western experience, this Dinner Cookout Ride is the perfect way to immerse yourself in the cowboy lifestyle. From riding the same trails as the outlaws of the Wild West to indulging in a fireside feast under the open sky, this is more than just a horseback ride—it's an adventure that will leave you with memories to last a lifetime.
