What you can expect

  • Meet your friendly local guide at the start point for fitting of PFDs, a safety briefing, and a how-to-paddle demonstration. Then, make your way to the beach and get your first view of the beautiful blue waters that you will be floating on.

    Enjoy a relaxing session of around 40 minutes of kayaking through an ancient mangrove tree forest. Look out for beautiful seabirds, huge stingrays, and countless other wildlife.

    At the halfway point, rest and explore the beach. Go for a swim and enjoy a morning tea picnic. Savour home-baked cookies and a cup of freshly brewed coffee, tea, or hot chocolate on the beach. Listen to your guide tell fascinating stories about Jervis Bay and its creatures.

    Once you have finished exploring the beach, return to the start point with another approximate 40-minute easy float and wildlife encounters.
