What you can expect

Bike rentals may stop without notice if severe weather (strong winds, lightning, etc.) is forecast.

If the rental is cancelled due to bad weather (including rain), you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.
If you wish to cancel due to bad weather, please contact us at least 30 minutes before your reserved time. No cancellation fee will be charged in such cases.

If you are over 30 minutes late, please contact us; reservations are cancelled after 60 minutes with a 100% cancellation fee.

E-bike requires a minimum height of 155 cm (drop handlebar type)
No children’s bikes available
Please wear suitable clothing (no skirts, wide pants, or heels)
Rental may be refused if clothing is unsafe

Bikes do not have baskets (please bring a backpack)
Free luggage storage is available at the Visitor Centre
