What you can expect

We pick you up in Cangas de Onís, with no waiting and no lines. We'll enter Los Picos de Europa National Park in our private vehicle, enjoying and interpreting the landscape.
We'll start the route by visiting the Mirador del Príncipe vantage point and its magnificent views over the Vega de Comeya and the Concejo de Onís.
We'll pass through the old iron mines of Buferrera, limestone towers, and mine entrances that transport us to other times.
We'll arrive at Lake Ercina and go to the shore to see the peaks of the Cornión Massif reflected in its waters.
Then a gentle climb to the Mirador de Entrelagos vantage point to enjoy the views of both lakes, and then a descent to Lake Enol before returning to our vehicle.
After descending from the pass, we'll stop at the most visited place in Asturias: the Shrine of Covadonga.
You can visit at your own pace (this part is NOT guided) the Basilica and the Holy Cave, where the image of the Virgin of Covadonga, “La Santina” as she is known in Asturias, is located.
Drop off back in Cangas de Onís in time to enjoy the local cuisine and delicious Asturian cider.
