The tour kicks off with a sensory test all about lavender and lavandin. As you approach the fields, you'll discover the cultural journey of these plants and why they coexist with truffle oaks. Finally, you'll discover how they're cut and distilled. Thanks to a demonstration glass alembic, you'll be able to follow the essential oil extraction method through transparency.
The tour ends with a tasting of a hot or iced lavender infusion, accompanied by our homemade crunchy treats and lavender ice cream.
