Know before you book

  • Please bring breakfast with you (direct bus).
  • Please don’t be late, as bus must leave on time to do Ballestas Islands at 10:00 am.
  • Bring sun cream, it is hot all year round in Paracas and Huacachina.
  • Food is not included, although we have discounts in many restaurants.
  • See itinerary for hour by hour plan.
  • Warm weather all year round. Light-weight jumper/jacket for speedboat ride to Ballestas. Closed-toe footwear for Sandboarding.
  • Minimum age is 7 years
  • The bus will arrive back in Lima, at JW Marriott at around 11:30 pm
  • The tour runs with slight adjustments during the following holidays: Easter weekend (April 17-20) and Peru's Independence Day celebrations (July 25-28). The pick-up time will be 1 hour before the usual time

Miraflores

Meet the bus OPPOSITE the JW Marriott hotel, Esplanade de la Reserva 615, Miraflores. Please wait near the small information kiosk. Make sure to be there by 5:45 am. The bus departs at 6:00 am.
Islas Ballestas

  • Admission ticket not included
Go on the 2-hour boat tour of the islands, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Ballestas are a smaller version of the Galapagos and are just as great. You’ll see sea lions, penguins, and lots of birds all in their natural habitat. If you’re lucky, you may even see a dolphin or three!
Huacachina

Depart from Paracas to Huacachina at 1:30 pm, arriving around 2:45 pm. You will have free time until the buggy and sandboarding tour starts.
Huacachina Oasis

Go up the dunes on a buggy and sandboard down on this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the only natural desert oasis in South America.
Miraflores

Departs from Huacachina at 7:00 pm, arriving in Lima around 11:45 pm. We will drop off passengers at the same place we pick up from, at approximately arrival 11:30 pm.
