    Continue your experience by visiting local gardens where you will harvest fresh herbs, spices, and vegetables used in traditional cooking. Discover the medicinal benefits of local plants before participating in a hands-on workshop to create a traditional Indonesian herbal drink, known locally as Jamu.

    After gathering ingredients, join local hosts in a traditional village kitchen and learn how to prepare authentic East Javanese dishes using recipes passed down through generations. You'll also make a traditional sweet dessert using locally sourced ingredients while learning the stories and cultural significance behind each recipe.
