    Across 19 GPS-triggered stops on the 4.5-kilometre Lower Canyon City Trail, discover the Yukon River, Miles Canyon’s basalt geology, local plants and wildlife, First Nations connections, Gold Rush travel, steamboats and the remains of historic Canyon City. Look out for the Robert Lowe Suspension Bridge and views towards Grey Mountain.

    Allow about two hours, or take longer for riverside breaks and photos. The route returns to the Miles Canyon area and includes uneven ground, roots and moderately steep sections.
