Embark on an authentic journey into the heart of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Begin with a storytelling session about the history of balsamic vinegar, then explore the entire production process, from the vineyard to the cooking of the must and the long ageing in ancient barrels.

Touch the barrels made of different woods, inhale their aromas, and observe up close how the product is extracted. Conclude your visit with a guided tasting of pure balsamic vinegar, each with different ageing and organoleptic characteristics.

Savour each drop, which tells the storey of time, care, and passion passed down through generations.
