    • Please arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts. Directions to the "Pink Flag" meeting point for your tour: • Upon debarkation, proceed to the free shuttle service area where you will board for a 5-minute ride into Napier. • Disembark the shuttle at the first stop outside the i-SITE Visitor Information Centre then turn to your left, walking approx. 70 meters past the Soundshell on your right-hand side • Enter the Soundshell area, then approach the sundial at the far end of the paved area where you will see a large pink flag bearing the words, “Meet here” • Look for your driver holding a board with your name. If they are not already there to greet you, please wait there as they won't be far away

What you can expect

Start with pickup from your accommodation in a luxury vehicle, or meet your guide a central meeting point in Napier if arriving by cruise ship. Meet your guide who will escort you on a tour of the main sights of Napier and the surrounding areas.

Discover Napier's world-famous Art Deco City. Learn of the tragic storey of Napier's destruction by earthquake in 1931 and the subsequent rebuild of the city as the Art Deco capital of the world. Visit Visit Bluff Hill Lookout and enjoy the scenic views of the ocean.

Included on this tour is a stop for a wine tasting experience at one of Napier's top local wineries.

Ride through the beautiful open countryside taking in the views of rivers, orchards, vineyards and open farmland.

Finish the day with a drive up to Te Mata Peak for exceptional scenic views (weather permitting).
