Your session begins on the beach with a structured introduction led by certified instructors trained in first aid and CPR. During this part, you will learn everything you need to feel confident in the water, including surf fundamentals, proper pop-up technique, ocean safety, wave selection and essential surf etiquette. You will also be guided through the equipment you’ll be using, so you fully understand how to handle your board.
Once you’re ready, it’s time to enter the ocean and put everything into practice.
Your instructor will be with you in the water, guiding you step by step, helping you catch waves, improve your positioning and build confidence with every attempt. Whether it’s your first time standing up or you’re working on improving your skills, the experience is adapted to your level.
