Overview

During your food walking tour with Fusina, discover sweet and savoury Dutch street foods at five or six different food stops, including a stop at the local market. First stop will be at what Fusina considers the best family-run pastry shop in town where you will try Dutch appleschnitt. Next is Pieterma’s food lorry and taste Dutch locals' most popular starter, bitterballen. Learn about the history of the Dutch colony of Suriname and it's influence on Dutch cuisine as you try a vegan finger food called Barra . Next is Albert Cuyp market where she will introduce you to stroopwafels, freshly baked by a septuagenarian father and son team and fresh herring with pickles and onions (Dutch sashimi). At the organic market, Fusina will show you typical Dutch products and you will also get to try several Dutch cheeses. Discover Dutch favourite dishes in this unique 2-hour experience!

If you choose the optional add-on of alcohol at an additional cost, you will be treated to Dutch beer.
