Your Kru will then introduce you to the art of Muay Thai, teaching you the various strikes and techniques. Put your newfound skills into practice during 3 rounds of pad work, where you'll have the opportunity to strike the iconic Muay Thai Pads. The heavy bag will also become your training partner as you refine your striking abilities. As your session comes to a close, your Kru will lead you in a warm-down.
