Activity itinerary

Cosenza

  • 2h
Cosenza, inhabited since the dawn of time, was the capital of the Bruzi who thrived in a prosperous and rich city. The historic palaces, stately buildings, churches and the Duomo still testify to the grandiose past of Cosenza. The narrow streets, the uphill and downhill alleys and the narrow glimpses of domes and greenery cover the city with their web of wonders.

Teatro di tradizione Alfonso Rendano (Pass by)

The beating heart of the ancient city, the Alfonso Rendano Municipal Theatre is the only Theatre of Tradition in Calabria. Overlooking the splendid Piazza XV Marzo, it boasts a prestigious history, which has spanned time, marking an indelible trace in the cultural fabric of Cosenza and the entire region.

Museo all'aperto Bilotti (Mab)

  • 30m
Set up in 2006 and enriched in the following years, it represents a unicum in the artistic panorama of Cosenza: a true open-air art gallery, built in the main commercial artery of the city, Corso Mazzini and its branches.
