Activity itinerary

Portland Head Light

The most photographed lighthouse in Maine, standing at the entrance to Portland Harbour since 1791.

Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse

A classic sparkplug-style lighthouse guiding boats past the breakwater

Portland Breakwater Lighthouse

A uniquely Grecian-style lighthouse with breathtaking harbour views

Ram Island Ledge Light

A towering stone lighthouse guarding the rugged ledges of Casco Bay.

Casco Bay

Stretching along Maine’s southern coast, and dotted with more than 200 islands—many of them uninhabited. Known as the “Calendar Islands,” it offers a mix of rugged coastline, sandy beaches, historic forts, and charming island communities. The bay is a haven for wildlife like seals, ospreys, and bald eagles, and its waters are alive with working lobster boats, ferries, and sailboats, making it both scenic and quintessentially Maine.

Portland

Witness lobstermen hauling traps, ferries travelling to the islands and sailboats gliding across the bay. Experience the authentic maritime culture of Maine's busiest port city.
