What you can expect

Begin your experience with a pickup from your hotel in Puerto Quetzal. Head to a coffee plantation with over a century of tradition. Learn about the entire process, from bean to cup, on a guided tour.

After the tour, visit the cupping lab to taste various coffees from the plantation and enjoy a delicious lunch.

Next, head to the indigenous community of San Antonio Aguas Calientes. Receive an introduction to traditional Guatemalan cuisine while a shaman gives a talk on the Mayan worldview and performs a reading of the Nahual (mythical Mayan animal) for the guests.
