Take part in an immersive experience dedicated to discovering two cornerstones of French gastronomy. This workshop combines an on-site discovery phase and a tasting session in a “homely” atmosphere.
The experience begins with a guided tour of our winery, located in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyards, whose landscape is classified on UNESCO’s World Heritage list. We will introduce you to the estate, its history, and the unique characteristics of our terroir. This introduction provides an overview of the starting point of wine production before delving into the processing stages.
The workshop continues indoors with an educational session on how different types of cheese are made. This experience will also help you understand the appellation systems for these two products, by explaining the criteria that define PDO, AOC, and PGI designations.
The session concludes with a practical exercise: a tasting of four of our wines and six cheeses selected by our cheese partners.
