Around 8h45 am, start your trek on a dirt trail leading down hill through an authentic village of Black Hmong tribe, you have opportunity to enjoy spectacular view over rice paddy terraces and cornfields, visit of a cosy ethnic family where you will enjoy their welcome drink and learn a lot of interesting thing about their cultures and traditions.
Afterwards, you will continue your nice trek along this fabulous valley, bamboo forest, discover the local daily lives as Red Dao and Black Hmong minorities, two largest ethnic groups in Sapa, and their handicraft making as embroidery, INDIGO dying, batik painting…
You will enjoy your lunch in a local family or local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will explore the special medicine herbal bath making of the Red Dzao trible, and if you would like to try it, possibility to have a nice bath there( it's on your own charge), very good for your body after the trek, then you will have time to meet and talk with hospitolity locaux, taste their local drink with the medicine herble, having funs with the local childrens, and your local ethnic guide will tell you alot of interestings stories about their mysterious customs and legendaries before going to the Sapa, on the return you will have some stops for nices photos, arrive in Sapa town in the late afternoon.
