Overview

  • Discover the Gulf of Orosei with an excursion from the Port of Cala Gonone to the suggestive Blue Grotto. After about 20 minutes of navigation, you will disembark for a guided walking tour of about 50 minutes, included in the ticket, with guides in Italian and English.

    After the visit, you will return to the motorship Principessa to reach Cala Luna in about 10 minutes. Here you will have free time to enjoy the splendid beach. The return to Cala Gonone is flexible, with departures from Cala Luna at 12:30, 15:30, and 17:30, depending on availability.

    Important: it is recommended to arrive well in advance. Parking is available at the Port of Cala Gonone and on Via Cala Luna. Alternatively, you can park in Loc. Write, at the entrance of Cala Gonone, and use the free shuttle bus, with departures every 10 minutes, directly to the port.

You will arrive by boat directly at the entrance of the cave. From there you will get off the boat and start the walking tour, which runs for about 1 km inside the cave and lasts about an hour. Throughout the tour you will be accompanied by expert guides, who will illustrate the characteristics, history and curiosities of the cave, providing explanations in both Italian and English.

The stop at Cala Luna will be dedicated entirely to relaxation and leisure on the beach. You will have the opportunity to relax on the beautiful beach, take a swim in the crystal clear waters and enjoy the surrounding landscape in total tranquility. There are several times available for return, to choose from, depending on availability: 12 : 30, 15 : 30 or 17 : 30.
