Led by a professional chef, you'll learn traditional Andalusian cooking techniques, work with fresh local ingredients, and prepare a delicious meal from scratch as part of a collaborative group. Everyone participates in the cooking process, sharing tasks and learning together in a fun and engaging environment. Combining food, culture, and local traditions, this experience is perfect for travellers seeking an authentic taste of Seville. No cooking experience is necessary. What you'll cook — and eat: Salmorejo or gazpacho — Andalusia's iconic cold soup Spinach with chickpeas — a Seville staple; Alternatively flamenco eggs, or cod fritters or garlic prawns Paella valenciana, the traditional one with chicken and vegetables — cooked together, eaten together A light dessert: lemon sorbet with cava Homemade sangría while you cook.
