Activity itinerary

Guests will be taken to our cask warehouse where our house blender will explain the process used to age and mature Irish whisky. Guests will learn about how we finish our whiskies in small casks and how we transfer the casks to the harbour where we apply a unique Carnlough finish to our product. We will also let you know about Ann Murray a local legend who made illegal poitin and evaded the law until her death at 100 years of age in 1847. The hotel owns Outwalker irish whisky and Limavady irish whisky. Complimentary samples of these whiskies are offered at the end of the tour in our whisky store.
