  • Located in Yandina just off the Bruce Highway and 60 minutes north of Brisbane, the iconic Ginger Factory offers fascinating tours, fun rides, great shopping, and a cafe surrounded by stunning tropical gardens.

    The Play All Day ticket includes unlimited rides on the Overboard boat ride. An indoor adventure for the whole family visiting over 200 handmade puppets! It also includes unlimited rides on Moreton the Ginger Train, now over 120 years old. Sit back and relax in open-air carriages and enjoy the Ginger Factory's beautiful gardens.

The Ginger Factory

The Super Pass allows you to experience all that the Ginger Factory has to offer! Discover the paddock to plate storey of ginger on the Factory Tour, choose from 6 different time slots offered daily. Learn about about the fascinating world of bees on the Live Bee Show, choose from 4 different time slots offered daily. Sit back and relax in open air carriages aboard Moreton the 116 year old ginger train. Moreton departs every half hour daily from 9.30am to 4.30pm.  Set sail on a fantastic water voyage around the world on the Overboard boat ride. Hop on board your very own lifeboat and follow the gingerbread man as he tries to escape the clutches of two hungry chefs. The Overboard boat ride operates on a continuous loop from 9.30am to 4pm daily.  The Ginger Factory is open from 9am to 5pm every day (excluding Christmas Day).
