KRU Studios Sdn Bhd, a multi-award-winning Malaysian media and entertainment company with a growing global presence, plays a key role in this initiative. On 5 October 2022, Putrajaya Corporation and KRU formalised a collaboration agreement appointing KRU to design, market, and operate the studio.

Through this partnership, Wetland Studios Putrajaya aims to promote the rich flora and fauna of Putrajaya Wetland Park by leveraging modern technology to deliver an immersive, educational, and memorable experience for all visitors.
