Know before you book
- Complimentary pick up and drop is provided from most of the Nadi/Denarau hotels. You must contact South Sea Cruises by calling the Call Centre on phone number +679 675 0500 at least a day before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transport.
- Please be waiting 10 minutes prior to the pickup time at the pickup location. If you miss the complimentary coach transfer, you will need to find your own way to Port Denarau before the vessel departs at your own cost.
- Upon check-in, please present your confirmation/voucher in exchange for your activity boarding pass.
- If you do not require hotel pickup, you can meet at the South Sea Cruises check – in counter, Passenger Terminal, Port Denarau.
- Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time
