The staff were great and the hostel rooms were clean, but the rooms were cramped (you could barely open the door to get in for the bed posts) and there was nowhere really in the rooms to store your luggage that wasn't in the way. The room setup meant you practically woke people up every time you entered. The bathrooms were not very clean and by having the toilet and showers in the same room it seemed to lack enough amenities for the number of rooms. Great location for proximity to the airport which was all i needed at the time. I wouldnt like to stay for longer then 1 night.

Great location and transfers for Auckland airport. Very cheap. Very dirty mattresses and mattress covers. Clean sheets.

The bathrooms were filthy and there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. The bed was comfortable enough. I would only recommend staying here if you are flying in late and just need a bed to sleep. The bathrooms were so bad I didn’t shower here.
Exactly what you want from an inexpensive accommodation, for a single night, near the airport.

First of all, I had a super difficult time finding this place as I didn't have a map or any navigational aids. The check in and check out was very easy. The parking area is adequate if not a bit lacking, but I didn't have to walk far if I didn't find a spot in front. My 7 person room was full for the three days I stayed but the TV and kitchen area were always open and had space available to seat or make food to eat. Beds were comfortable and clean, although I had the top bunk for all three days. Bathrooms were private and showers had plenty of hot water. Now that I know my way around the Mangere area in Auckland a little better, the place is not so difficult to find and since I was there to go sightseeing, my stay was good enough for what I paid to have a place to sleep and shower.
