The apartment was a great size, with a balcony. Pool, spa and sauna, tennis courts on the grounds, plus a cafe. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and Pacific Fair, the beach and the casino were very close, as well as the light rail.

Very disheartening and disappointing stay, could not sleep 1 night because of the disgusting smell from prawn heads hidden behind the washing machine of the property which was not cleaned before we checked in the property.

I had an 8 night stay with my 12 year old son I really enjoyed staying at Neptune Resort and the staff we’re really friendly The only thing i would suggest is that the $200 deposit be given back a little sooner i am still waiting after 6 days to receive my money
