The staff at the front desk to the restaurant were all super kind. Close to all transportation connection and airport terminals at LHR. Very quiet property. I had a great experience overall. Thank you.

parking signs would have been helpful because i wasn't sure which was the entrance or the exit. The bathroom didnt retain any water when showering so there was a pool of water after showering. The staff were friendly as always.

Hotel good for the price but nothing can prepare anyone for fire alarm going off at 1am and being evacuated obsessively for all guest’s safety so had to be up at 6.30 for work but at least the staff kept us all safe
