The staff were fine and the room clean enough. But the place feels like a dosshouse with the corridors stinking of weed. No visitors after 11pm Awful pillows and paper thin walls. Didn’t sleep well

Never going to stay at a Britannia hotel again
Long wait to check in due to lots of people not having photo id for everyone staying. Some of the reception staff were miserable and briskly when asked questions, room had flem and graphite on the walls. Just not very good at all and we would never stay at this brand of hotel ever again.
