We enjoyed the convenient location, the pool, and gym, and the dog friendliness. It’s close to all the action of the strip, while offering a homey feel and spacious living area. We loved having 2 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was nice to have full kitchen to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast before a busy day/night on the town. There is a small Kurig machine, so be sure to bring K-cups. We thought there was a full sized coffee maker, so were a little disappointed, but made due. There are 2 bath towels in each bathroom, so only 1 towel per person,it would be nice to have a couple more, No extra blankets if it gets a little chilly at night, only a few hangers in the closet so you may want to pack some extra. Also, this unit is on the third floor, so be ready to climb some stairs! The host was available to message and addressed any issue we had quickly. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

My daughter wasn’t feeling well, so we asked to check in early, and they were very accommodating. The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant. Once you’ve experienced the check-in process, you might find it more comfortable than staying at a hotel.

The condo description was very accurate. It was conveniently located with on site security. Plenty of parking and grass areas for your furry friend. The pool was heated and the spa was needed after a long day of walking around Vegas. The condo itself had all the necessities for our 4 day getaway. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. For future occupants, the GFI reset for both bathrooms is located in the master bathroom. Would stay again.

Conveniently located directly across the street from both the Palms and Rio. Nice security on the premises and was very active, doing their job to detract any would-be knuckleheads. The only con i would say is the showers needed some updating, but overall nice , clean, secure property.
