This hotel felt safe, the cleaning staff were extremely pleasant, it is walking distance to the train station and city centre, there is a pizza shop next door and a nice restaurant after that, i will definitely stay again

Very close proximity to the Aachen HBF train station,hence that's why i choose this hotel.Check in was fast and efficient.Rooms look bigger on the website,but once i opened the door,i was disappointed at how narrow the beds were,space between the beds,was minimal,pillow was inadequate so had to put a rolled towel under it.Biggest surprise was the bathroom,my only description of it would be microscopic.I stayed for that kind of money in bigger rooms,so no i wouldn't recommend.

The room was not really that clean. The walls and the floor were dirty, there was a mold smell all around the room and specially in the bathroom. You could also see signs of humidity at several spots in the room. During a 2 night stay, housekeeping only emptied the bathroom trash bin. Personally I would not recommend it of you are not in urgent need...

Simple clean hotel, good value.

Very well priced, close to train station and not far from city center. Comfy bed and clean simple rooms. I wish there would have been a kettle but for the price it was a very good choice.

The Bestprice Hotel Aachen is conveniently located close to the train station (3 minutes walk) and also a short walk from the centre of the old town and Cathedral. The rooms are clean and have basic appointments, but there is no fridge or coffee facilities in the room and only a coin operated coffee machine in the hotel lobby. The bathroom was quite small. The front desk only operates between 4:00 pm and 10:00pm - so arriving early means waiting for check-in or even to leave a bag behind. The breakfast buffet (EUR 8 per day) is good with cereal, hard boiled eggs, fresh rolls, a range of meats and cheese and hot tea and coffee. While this hotel was the cheapest available to me at the time, it is not a low cost hotel - the nearby Ibis is of similar quality and much cheaper if rooms are available.
