Room was ok. A bit warm as there was no air conditioning or fan. The bed was ok apart from the awful pillows (which you will find in most German hotels sadly) which are big, floppy and offer no support to your head. The bathroom was clean. The hill up to the hotel is very steep if youre walking. Hard work with a heavy suitcase, especially on the cobbles! Surrounding area nice. Near to the old town with the beautiful castle and churches. Staff were nice. They spoke English and booked a taxi for me. Breakfast was good. Very quiet when I went. Nice staff and good selection of hot and cold food.

Lost my booking

Booked via Expedia in Feb for a may stay. Hotel lost booking and had to put me in an awful room. Noisy cleaning early in morning near the gym, sauna rooms. Single bed with pillows that had no stuffing to speak of. Hotel did recognise their mistake but take care to confirm if booked online.

Jammer dat mijn fiets niet veilig binnen gestald kon worden. Die moest nu de nacht buiten blijven, weliswaar afgesloten, maar bij zo‘n hotel zou toch een overdekte stalling, met mogelijkheid om je accu te laden, moeten zijn. Lakens zijn schoon, liggen los op het bed. Eén keer draaien en alles ligt gekreukt. Ontbijt was prima met fijne bediening.
