Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. There is no personality at the place except the cleaning persons. The place itself is really wonderfully and room spacious. Everthing was working well finally and we spent a really good night there.
