Séjour a ne pas du tout recommander: Pas de wifi dans les chambres Pas de réseau TV y compris les chaînes locales Pas de réseau téléphonique (entre chambres et réception) Douche froide pendant tout le séjour voire coupure Hygiène de la piscine est insuffisante (fond glissant algues) Petit déjeuner laisse á dėsirer (choix très limité, petit pains et croissants durs, dėcoupés en plusieurs morceaux, jus artificiel dégueulasse…) Pas de serviettes de piscine Les serviettes fournies mal lavées. Une fois mouillées voire même sèches ça pue. Il est sûr que les règles d’hygiène ne sont pas appliquées lors de leur entretien

Place was not as advertised No complimentary reception, no working indoor heated pool, none of the exercise equipment was working They had a sign for "the heated pool" and wanted to charge for it, though the write up said it was included Does not matter since it was neither heated, clean or available The staff just shrugged This has been our only bad hotel experience in the past 2 weeks Outside pool was pretty and the night lighting was also pretty Pool was to cold to enjoy and there were lots of flies We did enjoy the breakfast Location is poor, you are out of town and stranded with limited facilities It was to be a relaxing day and evening enjoying the spa and pool. Turned out not so much

Mejorable, bajo la calidad en varios servicios

El hotel bastante bien en lineas generales, ya habia estado anteriormente y sabia lo que me encontraria, la nota no es mejor ya que me sorprendio la caida de calidad del buffet que decidimos hacer uso por la noche, poca cantidad y poca calidad. No se espera semejante calidad de uno de los hoteles referente en la zona. Ademas de los numerosos problemas que nos pusieron al no encontrar la reserva, mas de media hora para registrarnos y nos dieran las habitaciones.

全くおすすめできません

砂漠観光で2泊しました。エルフードのなかではいいグレードと聞いており、クチコミも評価が高かったので期待していたのですが、最悪でした。レンタカーでやっと夜にたどり着いたのですが、通された部屋は写真とは全く違う、小さくてペンキの匂いがする部屋でした。部屋はハエがいて、トイレの扉は閉まりませんでした。ゴミ箱もティッシュもありませんでした。カウンターに文句を言うと支配人的な人がでてきて「新しい部屋だよ？」とアピってきましたが、ありえないと言うとスイートに案内してくれました。謝罪はなく、20ユーロ追加でスイートに泊まらせてやると言われました。あの部屋はまた別の客を泊まらせるといっていたので正直ありえないと思いました。。。スイートも、広いだけでお湯はでませんでしたが、もうクレームを入れるのが疲れたので言いませんでした。食事もまずくて種類は少ない上に高いです。一番美味しかったのはオレンジジュース（笑）。市内のレストランがよほど安くて美味しいです。日本人のクチコミがなぜあれ程よいのか不明です。他にきていた欧州人も険しい顔をしていました。正直、全くおすすめしませんが、エルフードの他のホテルを知らないのでこれがエルフードでの限界なのかなとも思ったので、他のホテルと比べて判断してください。
