Denmark Sojourn

Very clean hotel in a quiet area. 10 mins walk from train station and city centre. A supermarket is only 5 mins walk. Spacious apartment with all cooking amenities - cook top, microwave and fridge. Would stay here again. Advise for future guest, use the escalator in the Congress Centre next to Radisson Blu to get up and down instead of the stairs.

Quality for a low price. This place is really hard to find when going on foot (with/out Google Maps). Make sure you plot out your arrival fully in advance!

I stayed here for about 5 days on my first visit to Aarhus from the US. I was very happy with the experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the hotel is in a safe location. I would simply note the hotel can be difficult to find. I would go to the ground floor of the Scandinavian Center Aarhus and then go through a side door. The hotel also has a washer and dryer available for guests that is helpful for people on longer trips, like me. I highly recommend a coffee/tea shop that is close called “ hos sofies forældre” - it is something out of Alice in Wonderland. I also recommend Den Gamle By, which is about a 15 min walk from the hotel.

Quiet but central location, very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us out. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Reception isn’t 24 hours but automated check-in is very easy and staff called before the trip to talk us through it. Very thoughtful.
