The suite was clean and simple. The beds were comfortable but I would recommend softer pillow cases and better pillows. We could really hear the people above us walking around quite loudly but otherwise the stay was good.

Overall a fair stay for the price. The accommodation was not as clean as we’d hope. Things like hair on soap and shower and the sheets didn’t smell clean. Especially when VBRO charges for cleaning fee I'd expect more. Also the mattresses were basic form and the bedding also basic (again the bedding didnt smell fresh). The kitchen had the necessities including coffee but didn’t have a dishwasher. Check in and check out were seamless.

Overall excellent stay. We were there for a hockey tournament and it was nice to be close to the rinks and all shopping and dining. The host is very responsive and accomodating. I can't say the stay is perfect though. There is some noise from the upstairs and heating system but it's very minimal and didn't bother us. The beds are foam mattresses which are decent. Would be nice to have some board games and playing cards. While the TV is a smart tv, it's a pretty cheap one with poor audio visual. But that's becuase I'm a AV snob. Kitchen is well stocked. The unit is really clean and tidy. One bedroom window didn't open. Not a big deal. At least all rooms have windows being a "basement" suite.

Places very nice clean, nice neighborhood and the host did a very good job. The place smelled nice when you got in and took away the smell of the agriculture that's in the neighborhood. I should really like to know what they used.Cause it smells so nice

I would highly recommend this vrbo! It was very clean, good beds & convenient for our needs. One thing I didn’t ask before booking was about stairs to the door. I’m recovering from recent knee surgery & hand rail would certainly help a lot for seniors like us! We will absolutely be back!!

Stay was good. The only thing was the multilevel stairs going down to the back of the property to enter it. I was fine but my senior friend had a little more difficulty navigating with luggage. The property seems to be on a bit of a slant. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for a one night stay.

Great clean place only problem was they left a half a roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex or extra toilet paper for four adults so ended up having to run out at 11pm at night to get some for morning. The only place open was a 7-11 so paid top dollar for something that should have been provided.

Quiet location

Property was very clean. Check in was simple. Location is quiet. Easy access to Hwy 1 and Abbotsford Airport. Located in a single street subdivision within a rural area, which was lovely.

quick Abbotsford getaway

this unit was good for a short stay. If I was staying longer I would want a dishwasher and laundry facilities. It was hot weather, and even though it is a basement suite, it was hot and muggy inside.

Host was quick to communicate and the space was clean and quiet. It had the amenities I needed for a home base plus a couple of bonus ones— an iron/ironing board, plus tower fans. :)
