We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Disblair House - the room was very comfortable with everything that we needed. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice and everything delicious. Karolyn and Chris are delightful hosts - very friendly and hospitable. The lounge with open fire and honesty bar were an added bonus in the evening. We highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! Disblair House was a peaceful pocket of history, Scotland hospitality surrounded in pastoral beauty.. deer, rabbits, birds and pheasant, wildflowers and lovely old hedgerows.

I travel a lot for work, and it was great to find this little hotel off the beaten track. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of space. I used the link in the booking confirmation to find the hotel without any trouble, but take care to follow the signs.

Best kept secret in Scotland. Karolyn and Chris were fantastic hosts. We spent 1 night here but wish we had spent the other 9 nights here as well. Beautiful property and most comfortable bedding I’ve had outside my own home (including 4-star hotels). The breakfast was 5-star worthy. Worth the lodging price alone!! I told them they should charge more - I will figure out how to tip them…

The WiFi was the best I've ever had in a hotel, which was surprising given it's rural location. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide choice. Other guests gave this hotel a 10/10 review so I had high expectations. What a great experience. The room is not your typical business-like hotel room but decorated as a historic room. It was a large room with comfortable chairs and a large bed. The owners were lovely, friendly people and cooked us a great, fresh breakfast in the morning. If you are tired of boring hotels, I recommend you to visit Disblair House

A great homely and dog-friendly B&B in a quiet rural location (last section of road to property is unsurfaced but is fine if driven slowly). Relaxing residents' lounge with games and honesty bar. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of cooked and continental options - you won't leave hungry!
