Loved the staff, loved their smart uniforms, their polite, freindly but proffesional nature. A cut above anywhere i have stayed in the UK, wish i could give them an extra star. The place is amazing too, good size luxury room. Breakfast individually cooked (not buffet). Just perfect.

Beautiful building in a lovely location just outside of Aberdeen. Lovely and clean, staff very friendly. Fridge in the room with bottles of water which is always good Slightly disappointed with the evening meal as the menu said 'hand cut chips' but they were just oven chips out of a bag. That said, I will definitely stay again

The rooms are of a good size and clean and comfortable. The food is excellent and the service is first class. I found this hotel after some really poor ones and always check first to see if it available before making my plans. The river views are really good too. First class

Maryculter House - Beautiful Stay

We had a beautiful stay at Maryculter House in October 2025. Parking was convenient, staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. We stayed 2 nights and had afternoon tea, dinner abd breakfast in the dinning area. All meals were top notch. We would stay here again.

We love to stay at The Maryculter House Hotel. A room with river views is a must. Although the hotel was very busy, with a large group staying for a wedding the next day, the staff did look after the other guests very well. We had a nice dinner in the evening and coffee and drinks in the Great Hall.

It was a fabulous stay and the staff were fantastic. we had one issue in that on Saturday the bathroom tap came off in my wife's hand. I managed to push it together temporarily to stem the leak. The Hotel had no maintenance staff on site over the weekend and when we left on Sunday at lunch time the tap had not been repaired. This was not good.
