We now stay at the Grey Gull whenever we go to Ocean Shores. The condo is perfect for our needs - always clean and neat, hot tub and sauna, a 5 minute walk to the beach, close to grocery store and restaurants, ample parking and very friendly and helpful staff. We always get the same unit which is fully supplied with all the utensils and appliances we need and has a view of the ocean over the trees. We love it.

Overall great place! Mosquitos were out of control which sucked, but not really the properties fault. Our shower had zero water pressure and the toilet barely flushed though. The rooms are cute and clean and the staff was so nice! We used the propane grill, fire pit, pool, hot tub, lots to do there!

My family used to visit The Grey Gull when I was a child. 30 years later I went back with my boyfriend. We had a great time— walking the beach, renting electric bikes, trying the restaurants, and exploring the area. The hotel is a bit dated but clean, our suite was well stocked with everything we could need, and the staff are friendly. We will be back. :)
