Breemiloy Homestead is a country style home offering short term rental accommodation, the property is set amid 28 acres of picturesque bushland and sprawling fenced paddocks at the gates of the Hunter wine region.

The property features a 4 bedrooms with 2 living areas offering accommodation for up to 12 guests. It is the perfect getaway for large groups for a family holiday, girl’s weekend getaway, a romantic getaway or just a place for your family to unwind and enjoy the unrivaled peace and privacy.

Breemiloy Homestead has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. All guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property or accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Breemiloy is a scenic 18 minute drive from local wineries, boutique restaurants and the Hunter Valley Gardens, yet just 12 mins drive to Cessnock, 15 mins to the Hunter Expressway and 20 minutes from the M1 Freeway from Sydney.

With 11 foot ceilings throughout, ducted air-conditioning throughout, 2 over-size lounge areas featuring a wood-burning fireplace. Relax on one of the wrap around verandahs with the paper or a good book, sipping on a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of your favourite Hunter vino while listening to the Bellbirds calling. Relax in the large outdoor heated spa overlooking the rear paddocks after a day exploring the region.

Bring your own horse as there are 3 separate paddocks with post and rail fencing with a large outdoor arena or go on a trail ride through the surrounding area.

Beautiful property. The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The grounds an immaculately kept and the animals so cute - feeding them every morning has been a great activity with the kids. Lots of room outdoor to chill by the fire, have dinner or take a would. Paul is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend

I can not rate this place highly enough!!! From the time we drove in the driveway the smiles on our faces did not leave.. The home is beautiful and big, all the beds are comfortable and there is everything you need for a stay. We absolutely adored all the animals & feeding them every morning & interacting with them all day. The spa is a great extra witch we all enjoyed & also spent a lot of time sitting around the fire 🔥. The pantry is fully stocked incase you forget anything & we had a private chef come in to cook a meal for us & he was just amazed at what they had from cooking to serving up. Paul was amazing with contact and very helpful before & through our stay.. We will definitely be back & make it a annual stay!!! Not one of us had anything to complain about, a perfect and beautiful place to stay.. Thanks Paul 😊

We had a great time at the property! The house itself is big and cosy. The outdoor space provides rural feels, animals kept us entertained and the sport equipments kept us engaged. Paul was very responsive and accommodating as well! Highly recommended for all!

This property was worth every cent. As a family of grandparents, adult children & two under 10 we all enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean & comfortable with amble space in common areas. Inside, the kitchen is well stocked in appliances & utensils as well as cutlery & glassware. The pantry has everyday items supplied. Outside is well manicured & the animals are approachable & friendly. The spa was crystal clean. The hosts respond quickly & attentively to any questions/requests & we found them very friendly. The property is close to Cessnock yet nicely secluded. Overall this property is well recommended for a family friendly holiday/weekend. If you have children do check out the Zoo only 15mins away!

Enjoyable Homestead Stay
Our family of 7 adults and 3 children had a wonderful stay at Breemiloy Homestead. We made good use of the facilities including the external BBQ, fire pit and spa. The kids enjoyed feeding the animals (alpacas, ponies and horses) each morning and afternoon. The Homestead was a great base for our day trips to the wineries, markets and restaurants. A big home with everything you may want or need available. We had excellent communication with the Manager (Paul) ... who was only too helpful. A great stay!
