Manque de professionnalisme

Séjour convenable, Cependant on annonce une piscine qui n'est pas utilisable (en réparation certainement depuis des mois et des mois). Absence d'eau chaude (A la reception on vous indique ou aller trifouiller dans les placards pour mettre le cumulus en route) mais personne ne dérange pour le faire. Le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, après deux jours et plusieurs relances on se décide à venir changer les piles. Au départ on tente de vous facturer un petit déjeuner supplémentaire. Alors qu'il est bien précisé sur la facture payée à l'avance 2 petits déjeuner. Obligé de parlementer pour réussir à leur faire entendre raison. On oublie de nettoyer la chambre la veille de votre départ au motif que les femmes de ménages pensaient que vous partiez ce jour là ! A part çà rien à à signaler
