Everything was great. Loved the room and the view. Breakfast was nice and the pool was great. However, the toilet in the bathtoom had some stains and the cover was broken. Other than that, everything was nice. Thanks.

Rooms not cleaned properly. There were clear stains on the floors. The food quality in the restaurant is very poor. Limited choices and food was always cold. Even after I complained about the temperature of the food, nothing appeared to have been done. It was the same for every meal, breakfast or dinner the food was cold. How is it acceptable to serve cold soup?

OK stay

Male staff member who checked us in was rude, he did not engage in conversations or greet us, only asked for our passports. He then advised our room was not ready even though we arrived after 3pm and check in was at 2pm. That was no issue for us but there was no apology or no offer of water/tea/coffee while we waited. We were just told to wait. Other than the poor check in experience everything else was fine and the housekeeping staff were all pleasant. OK place to stay for 1/2 nights

Superb stay. Great property in a convenient location. Room was outstanding. What a view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean throughout. Loved the bathroom. Bed almost too comfortable! Pool is really nice. Staff could not do enough for you, so welcoming, professional and considerate. No doubt in that for my next trip to Abu Dhabi I will book this hotel again. Thank you for an excellent stay.
