The front desk staff are rude and very confrontational if you have concerns or questions Also the way the duty manager speaks to women is borderline criminal and if you call him out for his disrespect he becomes extremely confrontational This was the same with pretty much the entire front seat staff There are 6 door men who stand outside by the valet who only seem to want to open doors for guests when they feel like it They don’t open your car door and they do not open the main entrance door to let you in The beach was also filthy, full of algae and always low tide so you can never actually swim in that filthy stretch of beach I highly recommend you stay anywhere but here if you are looking for a true 4-5 star experience You will not find it here

Really nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice view to the city, loads of toiletries, great working space, etc. The breakfast is really good (loads of variety and decent quality), the beach is amazing, super calm and clean and you can watch the sunset from there. Location is really close to the airport as well (like 13 min drive to departures so super convenient). The traders lounge is such a great perk, it’s like you have it close to a half-board experience because you can get dinner there (like a mini buffet). The customer service at the hotel is 5 stars! I would definitely recommend and would come back if I visit Abu Dhabi again

Traders is my go-to when visiting Abu Dhabi. It is about 20 mins from the airport and a stones throw from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque which is stunning. The staff are simply great, from the front of house to housekeeping to the lifeguards all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I'm already planning my next trip!! :)
