Worst experience

was extremely unhygienic . We paid Inr 24000 for 3 days but we checked out immediately on the first day . rooms were extremely dirty and the bathroom was not fit for use at all. The moment we checked in, we checked out . The situation was so bad

Relaxing time, friendly staff

The hotel is a bit far from the busy centre. The staff is very caring for the guests. They arrange for a transport if needed. The food is very good. It was nice to have the meals outside on the terrace. The garden is beautiful though small. And my room had a bathtub!

Clean hotel with courteous and helpful staff

The hotel was about 1km away from the city/market area. The hotel is good and provides all the basic amenities. Lighting in the room and the bathroom was dim and this was pointed out to the hotel manager, he agreed and also made arrangement with an electrician to change bulbs or install dimmer switches in the rooms. I also suggested that for safety reasons in the bath/shower room there should be a shower screen and handle to hold when coming out of the bath and also a bath mat to stand away from the wet floor. Overall the staff were helpful and courteous. The manager offered to drive us to the city centre and also pick us when we called the hotel.
