HORRIBLE JE N’AI JAMAIS VU ÇA DE MA VIE

À FUIR !! Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cet « hĂŽtel » c’est d’ailleurs une honte d’oser l’appeler comme ça. C’était TERRIBLE, l’endroit Ă©tait insalubre, nous somme arrivĂ©e les toilette Ă©tait bouchĂ© et il n’y avait pas d’électricitĂ© quelqu’un a dĂ» aller tout revĂ©rifier. Nous avons dĂ» quĂ©mander des serviettes de bain et elles Ă©tait toute tachĂ© avec de grosse trace noire. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© obliger d’aller acheter des serviettes pour nous laver. Le personnel ne rehausse meme pas le niveau bien au contraire, la directrice nous parle mal, nous prend de haut et va mĂȘme jusqu’à nous insulter et nous menacer. Quand nous somme revenue le deuxiĂšme jour la porte de notre chambre Ă©tait ouverte et les toilette avait Ă©tĂ© utiliser sans tirer la chasse !!! Quand nous l’avons notifier aux personnel prĂ©sent puis Ă  la directrice on nous a insulter de menteur et j’en passse. Ils ne se sont mĂȘme pas excuser. De plus, dĂšs notre arrivĂ© j’ai demander si nous pouvions rĂ©gler par carte et la directrice elle mĂȘme pas affirmer que oui et que le payement se ferait au dĂ©part (alors que j’avais insister pour payer des l’arriver). Quand nous somme rentrĂ© le 2e soirs le personnel est venu nous voir en exigeant un payement par virement ou espĂšce car soit disant un payment par carte Ă©tait impossible
