The staff greeted me on time at the airport as arranged and kept in constant communication without being intrusive. The apartment was spotlessly clean, close to the Accra Mall and airport, with the business district only 20 mins away. The onsite restaurant was very nice and a good fitness centre and poil

My third time staying here and I have regretted it each time. This time, I had booked for 5 days but cancelled and left after day 1. They always have chaotic check-in. The building had several managers/agents. They never check you in on time. for the three times I have stayed there over the course of two years, they only get to clean the room after I arrived - I had to wait for 45 minutes after the 2pm check-in time. You get to the reception and they will take 30 mins just to get your particular agent only to be told to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. Their service is poor! Also, there is almost nobody to help you with anything. The people at the reception will tell you they do not manage those apartments and the respective manager is always 'on the way coming'. I will never book these apartments again. But hey, on the bright side - everything works. The apartments are clean and it is in a great location.

This specific location seems to have a younger crowd that has made it less quiet. Even though my bed was made daily when I got back to the room, no new towels were provided. After calling for fresh towels, I was handed one and told that is the limit. Besides that, the place was nice.
