I loved it all. The environment, the staffs, the cleaniness of the entire area including my apartment. OB was exceptional, she's very quiet but very detail with her work. She (OB) did an awesome job each and every day. My overall feedback is that the gallary is EXCEPTIONALLY and i will be staying there again... definitely a 10/10...

On the whole everything was ok except that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my agent who should have been there before my arrival to complete my check- in came. I paid in advance so I believe that caused my problem. Maybe in future I will pay on my arrival to avoid unnecessary delays.

The customer service was amazing. The representative picked me up at the airport and ensured I was comfortable inside my hotel room. He returned the next day to make sure I and everything was OK. Exceptional customer service and detailed oriented. Mr. B. Brown was exceptional. The hotel is in walking distance to the Accra Mall. I highly recommend staying at the property and plan to stay again during my next visit to Accra.
