On the whole everything was ok except that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my agent who should have been there before my arrival to complete my check- in came. I paid in advance so I believe that caused my problem. Maybe in future I will pay on my arrival to avoid unnecessary delays.

The customer service was amazing. The representative picked me up at the airport and ensured I was comfortable inside my hotel room. He returned the next day to make sure I and everything was OK. Exceptional customer service and detailed oriented. Mr. B. Brown was exceptional. The hotel is in walking distance to the Accra Mall. I had a wonderful stay here overall, but the check-in process was a bit time-consuming. Thank you, Foster, for your excellent assistance—I’ll definitely be booking again. However, the receptionists at both the first and last entrances could improve their customer service skills. They lacked a sense of urgency and empathy.
