Welcome to this beautifully furnished and spacious studio apartment carefully selected on the 1st floor. This beautiful and luxury apartment comes with 3 separate courtyards and 3 separate swimming pools.

How about also enjoying same view from from the living room! A 55" cable TV which makes your stay awesome and stress free.

An on-site cafeteria allows guests to get food delivered to their room or sit in to have your meals.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, saucepans, plates, cutlery, cups, etc.

The apartment is within 5min walk from the American Embassy, French Embassy, and several other embassies.

The apartment is within 5min drive to several fine restaurants where guests can enjoy delicious local and foreign meals. Shops and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby where guests can shop for all their groceries and other needs in a hustle free-way.
