The property is a fully renovated 3 bed-room semi-detached house located in Community 20, Lashibi in the Tema Metropolitan area just two minutes off the Accra-Tema motorway.
It has great colour scheme and finishing as well as fully air-conditioned throughout
It is walled with two gates with free secured vehicle parking on the premises and a stand-by generator.
It is about 15 minutes’ drive to the Tema Harbour and city and about 45 minutes to the Central Accra Business District.
It is also 20 minutes drive to the Accra Mall!
The vibrant Spintex road and Tema Junction Mall are just minutes away and easily accessible by Uber and other forms of public transportation.
It is a perfect base location for couples and small families on short stays, solo and business travellers.
