Staff was definitely top tier. Especially the concierge and catering staff. I didnt find the front desk staff too friendly. Hotel is super nice. Massive pool and a kid playing area. Overall good stay and felt very relaxed and safe at the hoteo. The had onsite a little bit of everything including a 24/7 pharmacy which was great. The a/c in the room was not the best however and room would go from being too cold to too humid frequently
