The pool is why I like this property. The room was clean but bed super hard and this time TV only had 5 stations. Staff communication could be better when it comes to pricing. But this is my go to hotel because it's location and the pool

Only 1 water bottle per day for 2 People..a bit mean really. Not always warm/hot water available ..not what I expect from a hotel The room has A/C and a fan ..good But at check in the the fridge was off and it takes time for it to work..not good There is no kettle provided in the room..it would be nice to be able to do your own coffee

I had a good stay overall. I liked the location being close to the Junction Mall and getting taxis was never a problem. The breakfasts were well prepared. My room only had one main light with a high-intensity bulb which I suppose I could have worn sun glasses indoors. Also, the air conditioning worked intermittently. I read other reviews and broughtmy own towel and flannel which was worthwhile since no towel on my last night.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Clean room but we ciuld have used some hand towels and face towels. Also, the internet was out alot. The roads getting to the hotel are horrible. The hotel does have security at the gate. Pools were clean. They have monkeys and rabbits and a parrot. ReLly nice sitting area outside under the trees. The bar is nice.
